Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident in Rushes. Every subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, and you can cancel anytime.
7-day money-back guarantee
If Rushes isn't right for you, request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date — a simple, no-hassle refund. We'll refund the amount you paid for that subscription term in full. This guarantee applies to your initial purchase; automatic renewals are covered by the separate renewal-goodwill window below.
Fair use of the guarantee
This guarantee is offered in good faith, to give you room to decide whether Rushes is the right tool for your work. Nearly everyone uses it exactly that way, and we're glad to honor it.
Because the guarantee rests on that good faith, Beastly, Inc. may decline or limit a refund where we detect misuse of the guarantee itself — for example, repeated subscribe-export-refund cycles, or use of the refund process to obtain finished exports without paying for them. Note that issuing a refund also ends your access to paid features: your subscription is deactivated when the refund is processed.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops your next automatic renewal so you won't be charged again. Your access continues through the end of your current paid period — you keep using Rushes until the term you've already paid for runs out.
We do not offer partial-period or pro-rated refunds for time remaining in a term once the 7-day money-back window has passed (except as described under the renewal-goodwill window below, or where required by law).
Auto-renewal and the renewal-goodwill window
Subscriptions renew automatically each year. If an automatic renewal catches you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it as a goodwill gesture and cancel the renewed term. After that 7-day window, the standard policy above applies.
This renewal-goodwill window is separate from the 7-day money-back guarantee above. The guarantee runs from your initial purchase and is meant for first-time evaluation; this window runs from a renewal charge and applies only to automatic renewals. They share the same length but cover different events.
Founding rate
If you subscribed at a founding rate, please note that the founding rate is forfeited on cancellation or lapse. If you resubscribe later, it will be at the then-current standard rate, not the founding rate. See the Terms of Service for full details on founding-rate terms.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email us at support@getrushes.com with the email address on your account, and let us know whether you'd like to cancel, request a refund, or both. We'll take care of it.
Refunds are processed through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase, and are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
